Graduation Weekend!!
- Contracts have come and the powers that be have granted me another year.
- We lost 9 teachers in our building alone.
- Prep marches tomorrow - I've watched Closing Chapel, been to Senior Supper and have been to Communion with the Senior class. I am utterly exhausted and emotionally drained - tomorrow, well, I hope I make it through tomorrow.
- Five more school days for me - four, because I'm not going Monday!!

Congratulations all around!!! I've had two graduate from high school and the baby will be a ninth grader next year.
AMEN! The district next to ours is laying off a dozen or so teachers and eliminated music and art. I am SO glad we are dodging that bullet this year!!

Congratulations on NOT being laid off! Here in California, I'm friends with many dedicated teachers who have recently gotten the axe. So Sad :(
