Let me change that to four or five minutes. It seems that Charter is having some problems of its own - really? Well, I'm having a problem paying you for a service you aren't providing.

My bestest buds at Time Warner Cable flipped the wrong switch or somesuch a year or two ago during an episode of Lost. I called the little bastards and demanded a prorated refund based on my high level of aggrivation. They sent me a coupon for a free movie on demand. Which would have been great, had I had a cable box that support movies on demand.
We were having a similar problem with our cable, but then they installed a bunch of new lines or whatever, and it's been perfect ever since.
